wAe Music & Publishing was very impressed when licensing our book of piano sheet music entitled "12" Brilliant Piano Pieces From God with Mountain Valley Publishing. Here are a few reasons why.
Unlike other companies, Mountain Valley Publishing (MVP) actually replied to inquiries by wAe Music & Publishing in a professional manner; MVP's contract was straightforward; MVP promised what they could do, and didn't lie about what they couldn't do; MVP performed professionally and brilliantly.
Jason Kannaby, the president and founder of wAe Music & Publishing wishes to extend his gratitude personally.
Mountain Valley Publishing made "12" Brilliant Piano Pieces From God become a real book production during December of 2008.
"12" Brilliant Piano Pieces From God began appearing on or lighting up on more websites and stores than there are candle lights on the menorah. MVP, thanks for this new memorial that we can celebrate during the Jewish Holiday known as the Festival of Lights or Chanukah.
May the Lord God of the First and New Testament bless and keep MVP; May the Lord Jesus Christ make His face shine upon MVP, and be gracious to MVP. May Jesus the Only God lift up his countenance upon MVP, and give MVP Shalom!
Since Being In God's Perfect Will, I Might as Well Stay in God's Perfect Will, and So Should You!
Sincerely, A Man & A Company In God's Perfect Will,

I cannot say enough good about Mountain Valley Publishing. The professionalism with which
it conducts itself is virtually second to none. The "galley process" of making minor revisions, t
ypos and such, was made entirely painless by Mr. Bob Denton who personally worked with me every
step of the way. The "personal touch" exhibited by Mr. Denton was truly inspirational. Always
working towards perfection in his characteristically casual non-judgmental way distinguishes
him from the cold and corporate approach esteemed by other companies. I entrusted to him the
publication of a manuscript held very dear to my heart, and was not in the very least
disappointed. In fact, the final product far surpassed every expectation imaginable.
With sincere gratitude we applaud Mr. Denton and Mountain Valley Publishing for the care
and enthusiastic production of my work "The Virgin Birth Tradition; What Really Happened
at Bethlehem. We wish Mountain Valley all the best and assuredly will continue on with
them for many years to come.

I have known Bob Denton (VP, Mountain Valley Publishing) for over five years. He worked for a company in Martinsville, Indiana that published books for my wife and me. As time progressed the company became more and more difficult to deal with. Whenever I became frustrated I would call Bob and he always managed to get things straightened out for me. Gradually the company went under because of management practices. These problems within the company finally led to its closing.
Bob called me when he quit his job. I was very sorry because we had such a good relationship. Later he called me again and told me he was creating a new company named Mountain Valley Publishing and asked if he could still represent me. We had a discussion about the books of mine that the company still had. He told me that he thought he could get them all back. He called me in about a week and said that he had the books and I could pick them up. The company that employed Bob came crashing down around him.
I don't think that this was in any way his fault. I also am certain that he, as an employee was instructed to do things that he did not like. But that happens to all people who are employed at one time or another.
As I look back at the time when the business was failing I became aware that he had done several things that prevented me from losing money. Since that time he has continued to be reliable and trustworthy in all our dealings. Both my wife Barbara and I believe that Bob is a good friend and a good man.

Bob Denton will make your dreams of becoming an author a reality. He is a man of his word. For those of you who were burned by other publishing companies, there is hope here at Mountain Valley Publishing. You can trust this company and this man. I was so
frustrated with the performance of my last publisher and didn't know where to turn. I took a leap of faith and trusted Bob. He had always been straight with me from the moment that we had our first phone call about my book, and he delivered on his word. He published
my book in more than a timely manner in just a few weeks. He listened to all of my ideas for any changes. He was always available by phone or email as needed. He truly cares about people and wants to see his authors get published. He makes the necessary connections and has a great staff to get the job done.
I repeat---you can trust him. I am proof. He is honest and fulfills his contracts as written. There are no hidden costs or surprises---just straight up truth in advertising, the way business is supposed to be done.
If you want to get published, this is the way to go. Why not help an honest small business just starting up get a little success? It's a win-win for everyone. I can assure you that he just wants to help you. Best of all, he knows his craft and does an excellent job of understanding
his authors and delivering their product the way they want it done. Give it a try. You will love the results.

After a very upsetting experience with my former publisher, we were incredibly nervous about working with another publisher. I got in touch with Bob Denton at Mountain Valley Publishing, and he took care of getting our book done quickly and efficiently. We cannot express my thanks enough for Bob and all that he's done to ensure that our book came out, after months and months of waiting and no return calls from my last company! Bob took the job in hand and got it done, in a timely fashion, and with a continual sense of assurance to me that all would be taken care of for us.
We have recommended Bob's new company to many author friends, and they are as pleased as we are. It's nice to know there is one honest company out there who we can all trust with our precious manuscripts and book projects! Thanks, Bob, for restoring our faith in humanity!"

I was one of the Airleaf victims and thought I had lost my children's
illustrated book, Oliver and Arthur, forever!
I just made the move to Mountain Valley Publishing with Bob Denton and
couldn't be happier! I knew Bob from before and he always tried to help me
back then so I thought I would ask his help again. Well, I am getting my
new books this week and I will be back on the .com's! The book looks better
then before! The printer that Bob uses did a wonderful job with all of our
changes, so I am a very happy author!

One person there that always gave me a straight answer at my previous publishing company was Bob Denton. I was happy to learn that Bob had started up Mountain Valley Publishing and transferred my book over to him. Again Bob is the same trustworthy person, always giving a straight answer and never promising anything he can’t deliver.
If you want someone you can trust with your book, please give Bob a chance. You won’t be sorry.

I learned that Bob had started his own business, so when I got my fourth book ready for publishing I decided to give Bob a chance. I kept a pretty close eye on him because of my last publishing experience which was horrible. We discussed and negotiated formatting time frames, cost, etc. Bob produced a very nice product in record time and at a reasonable cost. I could not have asked for more. Because of his excellent response I have recommended him a local author friend and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good product within short time frames at a reasonable cost.

Bob Denton has opened his own publishing company, Mountain Valley Publishing. As a direct result of his honesty, integrity, work ethic and seemingly boundless desire to see new author's dreams unfold, I have two books in publication and a third to enter the market place before the end of this year. I trust Bob Denton. When Bob tells me: "Dave, I read your book and I like it," I can and did ask questions just to test his words. I found them to be true. Bob won't fill you with phu-phu dust; he will guide and nourish your creativity. I will tell you sincerely, I TRUST HIM. Folks, Bob is one of the "Good Guys," and you can take that to the bank.
- Dave Weston
I'm writing this note to let you know that I have had Bob publish two books for me in the space of the last several months, and I plan to have him publish three more. Bob has been wonderful to work with. He's done everything he's promised. His work is very professional. I would just hope that whoever reads this, will hear what I've said and, if one is considering publishing a book, that he/she would give Bob honest consideration.

I am writing this letter of recommendation for Mr. Bob Denton, currently the Vice President of Mountain Valley Publishing Company. I know Bob for less than a year as I began to work with him closely toward the publication of the third volume of Stars Light entitled: The Evening Dew.
When I started working with him, I found Bob enormously helpful and a true gentleman in every possible aspect. He helped in every step of the way from designing the book cover to editing some of the rough spots in the text he helped me promptly and courteously on time and without a glitch.
I also found Bob to be a true communicator in that he not only left all channels of communications open during the work (e.g., emailing, text and document sharing, sending and receiving pertinent photos, phone calls, linking me to important sources) but also made sure all of these lines of contact to remain connected in dialog with one another in an smooth form of convergence.
All in all I found Bob a mature, responsible, honest, reliable, and professional with a strong sense of integrity and willingness to help people even during his busiest and most demanding scheduling in discharging his professional responsibility during the publication of The Evening Dew. I am looking forward to keep continue working with him in the future.

Recently I have had the good fortune to work with Bob Denton of Mountain Valley Publishing LLC. His expertise and understanding of the doubts and fears an author feels when trying to publish a book have eased the process considerable. I can, without hesitation, recommend Mr. Denton and his publishing company to authors and artists.

In the very beginning of all of this, when deciding what publishing company
to choose, even after reading about that whole stupid scandal and then doing more research
and seeing from different letters that you did not seem to be in the wrong, I truly went
with my gut, by the sound of your voice, your sincerity in how you honestly told me up
front what you can and cannot do with the book; how you can put it out there, but cannot
magically make the books sell. This, among other things that just gave me a feeling
about your heart and its interest in "first-time authors" as well as the feelings of
human beings in general led me to my decision ... and it was not a difficult one!
If nothing else at all from this entire experience, I met two great people in you
and Cheryl. Thank you for all your support.
